The location of this hotel is great, surrounded by beautiful nature. the parking lot was easy to access and had plenty of space. Another advantage was the constant heat during the cold Easter period.

The check, in process was disappointing, as there was nobody at the reception when we arrived. We had to wait for over 15 minutes before somebody showed up.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski lifts, making it easy to hit the slopes early in the morning. It's also situated right next to a forest which is great for nature enthusiasts. the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. the staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any queries.

The room decor could use updating, as it's a bit old-fashioned compared to other hotels in the area.

the location was superb, nestled right next to a beautiful forest and with easy access to the ski lifts. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms on the 4th floor without an elevator were just what I needed. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start my day off right.

The location near the ski lift was fantastic, no need to worry about transportation or walking far distances. , the staff was friendly and always ready to help when needed. the constant heating and hot water were much appreciated during the chilly nights.

While the staff was friendly, the hotel itself was poorly maintained. The towels and bed sheets were old and ripped, and the dishes in the restaurant were filthy.

No elevator for rooms on the 4th floor

The room at Hotel Fersped was recently renovated, creating a cozy and modern atmosphere. The location was ideal, with easy access to the ski lift. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as an old TV and limited channels, the constant heating and hot water made for a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and there was even an ATM available in the hotel. I would recommend Hotel Fersped for its excellent location and renovated rooms.
